2.2 Package Features: The features and pricing of each package are described on the Service’s website. Sellers may upgrade or downgrade their package at any time, subject to the terms and conditions of the Service.

2.3 Commission: The Service will receive a commission for each completed job facilitated through the platform. The commission amount is specified in the seller package terms.

3. Posting Microjobs

3.1 Seller Responsibilities: Sellers are solely responsible for the microjobs they post on the Service, including the accuracy of the job description, pricing, and delivery terms.

3.2 Job Completion: Sellers agree to fulfill their obligations to buyers in a timely manner and deliver the services as described in their microjob postings.

3.3 Payment Processing: Payments for completed jobs will be processed through the Service’s payment gateway. Sellers agree to comply with the Service’s payment processing policies and procedures.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

4.1 Purchasing Microjobs: Buyers may purchase microjobs posted by sellers on the Service. By purchasing a microjob, buyers agree to pay the specified price and comply with the terms of the job posting.

4.2 Job Acceptance: Upon completion of a microjob, buyers have the option to accept or reject the delivery based on their satisfaction with the service provided.

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1 Disputes between buyers and sellers regarding job completion, quality of service, or payment disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the Service’s dispute resolution process.

5.2 The Service may intervene in disputes and take appropriate action, including refunding payments, canceling orders, or suspending user accounts, to ensure fair and equitable resolution.

6. Termination

6.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or abuse of the Service.

6.2 Upon termination, you agree to cease all use of the Service, and we may delete or deactivate your account and any content associated with it.
